How long are sessions and frequently?
Sessions are fifty (50) minutes and are usually scheduled weekly. Treatment plans are developed collaboratively and many clients move to bi-weekly sessions as therapy moves forward.
What are your rates?
Heather’s intake session rate is $200 with follow on sessions at $185. Payment is due at the time of service and is payable via the patient portable by personal credit or debit card, as well as HSA debit cards. The system generates transaction receipts for each session containing diagnostic codes necessary for insurance reimbursement. Ashley, Practice Manager, can provide these to clients on a per-session basis or monthly in a statement.
Do you take insurance?
Heather is considered an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. Heather wants to focus on therapy and treatment each individual needs, not be dictated by insurance. If you have a PPO, you likely have out of network benefits. Most major insurance companies offer mental health coverage of non-participating providers’ charges under out of network benefits. She is an approved out of network provider for Tricare. We recommend using an app like Reimbursify to submit the superbill for easy reimbursement. What is EMDR?
